Bryan Rother

CEO, Founder

Bryan Rother is the CEO and Founder of ARXx Nuclear, LLC. With a distinguished 20+ year career in U.S. Navy Special Operations, specializing in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction and Counter Proliferation, including over 15 years at Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Bryan brings unmatched leadership and technical expertise to the nuclear sector. His experience spans high stakes combat deployments and leading advanced R&D initiatives to counter strategic threats. Bryan holds a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and an MBA from MIT, combining operational excellence with business acumen. At ARXx, he is driving innovation and security for the advanced nuclear industry.

Stu Wertz

Director, Red Cell

Stu Wertz leads the Red Cell team at ARXx Nuclear, LLC. He brings a 20‑year U.S. Navy career, including 13 years in Navy Special Operations at Naval Special Warfare Development Group, focused on counter‑terrorism, counter‑WMD, sensitive activities, and technology development. After military service, he worked in the Department of Homeland Security’s Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) directorate, helping coordinate national efforts to prevent and detect CBRN threats. He has partnered with DOE, FBI, DHS, and foreign counterparts on strategic nuclear security initiatives. Stu holds a B.S. in Sustainability from Arizona State University, with a background in system dynamics and complex systems analysis. He combines deep operational experience with innovative, systems‑level thinking to strengthen ARXx’s Red Cell offerings and specialized mission.

Stephen Honan

Director, Modeling

Stephen Honan, a former U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer, joins ARXx Nuclear as a Senior Consultant. Over his career he has operated at the intersection of high‑risk missions, advanced technology, and complex stakeholder environments, bringing a practitioner’s understanding of how systems fail in the field, not just on paper. In the private sector, Stephen has founded and successfully exited two advanced technology companies, giving him hard‑won experience in innovation, productization, and translating cutting‑edge capabilities into solutions that real customers will pay for. Stephen holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, combining elite academic training with operational and entrepreneurial credibility. His blend of EOD background, startup leadership, and clear communication strengthens ARXx’s ability to design and deliver technically rigorous, operationally grounded solutions for clients facing no‑fail missions.

We specialize in navigating high-stakes regulatory environments and mission-critical emergency planning for federal agencies including the DOE, DOJ, NNSA, and DOW.
